Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Cluj-Napoca for a Manufacturing Engineer. The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and improving manufacturing processes, developing and implementing manufacturing solutions, and ensuring efficient production workflows. The role involves collaborating with industrial engineers, mechanical engineers, and machining experts to optimize the manufacturing of custom implants. The candidate will also work on troubleshooting issues, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and continuously improving production methods.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Manufacturing Processes and Manufacturing Engineering
  • Skills and knowledge in Industrial Engineering and Mechanical Engineering
  • Proficiency in Machining techniques and principles
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Oradea
  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • Experience in the healthcare or medical device industry is a plus
