As a Requirements Engineer in the R&D Hub, you will be responsible for coordinating the requirements for new products.

Ebm-papst Group is the world's leading manufacturer of fans and motors.

What You'll Do:

  • You will be responsible for coordinating the requirements for a new product to be developed across departments and locations, taking into account the needs of all technical departments
  • The focus is on electronics, mechanics, engine technology and fluid mechanics
  • Interface between product management and development as well as main contact person for the project team
  • Planning and coordination of requirements
  • Change manager for corresponding system requirements and feedback of the final test results to the requirements
  • Coordination of the PLM process

What You'll Bring:

  • Technical studies or comparable
  • Professional experience in the above-mentioned subject area desired
  • Know-how in the use of common requirement tools (e.g. Polarion, Doors)
  • Team player with a high degree of social competence in an agile project team as well as a high level of interface competence
  • Initiative, organizational skills and a structured way of working round off your profile
  • Good knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken
