La Spitalul Memorial Baneasa, fiecare apel e o poveste – uneori o întrebare simplă, alteori o emoție sau o îngrijorare. De aceea, căutăm o voce caldă, o persoană care știe să asculte, să ofere încredere și să transmită calm, chiar și prin telefon.

Ce vei face?
- Vei fi prima persoană cu care pacienții noștri intră în contact.
- Le vei oferi informații, vei face programări, vei confirma vizite, vei trimite detalii despre investigații și vei colabora cu medicii și colegii din spital ca lucrurile să meargă lin.
- Când apar schimbări sau situații neașteptate, tu vei fi cel/cea care găsește soluția potrivită, cu răbdare și empatie.

Ce ne dorim de la tine

·  O voce caldă, clară și calmă, care transmite încredere și profesionalism.

· Abilități bune de comunicare și empatie reală față de oameni.

· Rapiditate și atenție în lucrul pe calculator (Microsoft Office, e-mail, baze de date).Să fii organizat(ă), atent(ă) și calm(ă), chiar și atunci când ziua e aglomerată.

· Spirit de echipă și dorința de a învăța și de a te perfecționa continuu.
