Your role

As an SAP Consultant, you will play a key role in helping our clients transform their business processes through smart, scalable, and sustainable SAP solutions. You will act as a bridge between business needs and technology, guiding clients through the design and implementation of SAP solutions that align with industry's best practices and leverage the latest innovations, including embedded Business AI and GenAI.

In this role you will play a key role in:

• Understand and analyze client business processes and map them to SAP capabilities, identifying where standard solutions apply and where customizations are needed – most of our clients are on RISE and implementing clean core principles, an opportunity for you to master these new topics;
• Lead or contribute to process design workshops, leveraging SAP best practices and Capgemini accelerators, using process modelling tools;
• Configure SAP modules functionally and collaborate with technical teams to design enhancements or extensions;
• Support change management and user adoption by working closely with business stakeholders;
• Continuously learn and apply Capgemini's delivery methodology, tools, and accelerators to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Your profile

• You have at least 3 years of experience in SAP implementation and roll-outs, and a desire to grow in a structured consulting environment;
• You bring a strong business acumen and the ability to translate business needs into functional SAP solutions;
• You are curious, adaptable, and motivated by solving complex problems across diverse industries;
• You're eager to grow as a consultant or whether towards technical architecture or delivery management. You value continuous learning and career evolution.
