Responsabilități principale:

  • Coordonezi execuția lucrărilor conform proiectelor tehnice, cu respectarea standardelor de calitate și a termenelor.
  • Identifici și soluționezi situațiile neprevăzute din șantier.
  • Verifici documentația tehnică și propui soluții optime.
  • Asiguri resursele materiale și umane necesare pentru eficiență maximă.
  • Gestionezi relația cu subcontractorii și furnizorii.
  • Respecți normele de protecție a muncii și a mediului.
  • Elaborezi rapoarte periodice către management privind stadiul lucrărilor.

Profilul candidatului ideal:

  • Absolvent de Inginerie civilă sau domeniu similar.
  • Experiență de minim 5 ani în execuția lucrărilor de construcții.
  • Abilități excelente de comunicare și coordonare.
  • Cunoasterea limbii engleze la minim nivel mediu.
  • Capacitate de rezolvare rapidă a problemelor tehnice și logistice.
