What You Will Do

  • Prepare and deliver consolidated financial reports (monthly/quarterly/annual).
  • Manage group consolidation: intercompany reporting, reconciliations, and eliminations.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning across subsidiaries.
  • Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and financial models.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards (RAS).
  • Provide analysis on business performance, profitability, and cash flow.
  • Partner with subsidiary finance teams to align policies, assumptions, and reporting standards.
  • Prepare consolidated analyses and presentations for Board meetings.
  • Drive process improvements and support financial systems implementation.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in controlling, FP&A, accounting, or group reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of financial consolidation and multi-entity reporting.
  • Proficiency in Excel and financial planning/reporting systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience working across multiple subsidiaries and business operations.
  • Proven track record in process improvement and system implementation.
