Cautam un lider cu experienta in digital product management, care sa coordoneze Departamentul Internet si sa contribuie direct la definirea si implementarea strategiei de dezvoltare a canalelor digitale (Online si Mobile Banking).

Rolul ofera o pozitie cheie in strategia digitala a bancii, cu expunere la initiative strategice si proiecte de transformare digitala.

Salariul de incadrare pentru rolul de Head of Internet Department este in intervalul de 16000 lei brut si 25000 lei brut, in functie de experienta profesionala si gradul de potrivire cu cerintele rolului.

  • Definesti si implementezi strategia de produs pentru canalele digitale
  • Monitorizezi KPI-uri de performanta (adoptie, engagement, retentie, satisfactie utilizatori)
  • Prioritizezi nevoile clientilor pe baza datelor, feedback-ului si cercetarii UX
  • Optimizezi experienta utilizatorilor in aplicatiile mobile si web
  • Coordonezi echipa de produs si gestionezi livrarea initiativelor strategice
  • Colaborezi transversal in proiecte de transformare digitala

  • Ai minimum 3-5 ani experienta relevanta in product management digital
  • Ai minimum 3 ani experienta in coordonarea echipelor
  • Detii cunostinte UX si analiza de business
