aEURc Abilitatea de a asista eficient clientii fara supraveghere, folosind simultan toate metodele de comunicare disponibile (chat, e-mail, telefon), cu scopul de a rezolva in mod proactiv orice solicitari legate de jocuri, mize, tranzactii financiare si alte produse sau servicii oferite de catre companie;

aEURc Abilitatea de a interpreta precis solicitarea clientului, prin intrebari specifice, adresate intr-un mod amabil si profesionist, si de a oferi solutii rapide si corecte;

aEURc Colectarea eficienta a feedback-ului cu privire la produsele si serviciile , prin contactarea proactiva a clientilor, folosing toate mijloacele de comunicare disponibile;

aEURc Oferirea unui nivel ridicat de asistenta atat clientilor, cat si colegilor, participand activ la coeziunea echipei;

aEURc Atingerea unui nivel ridicat de performanta in prestarea serviciilor, prin atingerea indicilor de performanta;

aEURc Identificarea si raportarea defectiunilor si a intreruperilor de servicii catre departamentele abilitate;

aEURc Cunoasterea si respectarea regulilor si instructiunilor din cadrul Regulamentului Intern RIVOGTG;

aEURc Alte indatoriri comunicate de catre managementul superior.
