We are an international company headquartered in Linz (Austria) that develops and produces innovative automation solutions for energy and charging systems, enabling efficient and sustainable energy supply and use.

To establish and further develop our German-speaking first-level support in the field of eMobility, we are looking for a committed leader who not only inspires their team but also builds bridges between Romania and Linz.

What you can do with us

  • Management and development of a team of 6 German-speaking support colleagues
  • Ensuring smooth first-level support for our customers
  • Close cooperation with second-level support and development in Linz
  • Technical analysis and pre-qualification of incoming enquiries
  • Quality assurance, KPI monitoring and process optimisation
  • Establishing an efficient communication and knowledge structure between locations
  • Supporting training and onboarding in cooperation with Linz

How to win us over

  • Completed education in a technical field desirable
  • Several years of experience in technical customer support or IT services
  • Proven experience in leading small teams
  • Very good German skills (C1) and good English skills (B2)
  • Basic technical understanding (e.g. ticket systems, software workflows)
  • Analytical thinking, structured approach to work and enjoyment of international collaboration
  • Strong communication skills
