Apply nowLearn more: Production Cell LeadWhat This Position Is About – PurposeThe Production Cell Lead is responsible for the performance of allocated lines, including safety at work, quality, reliability, production plan execution, productivity and costs for production execution.What Will You Do – ResponsibilitiesEnsures in due time the execution of production orders according to the production plan for the allocated linesAllocates the necessary resources and initiates prompt actions to ensure the execution of the production plan, in line with procedures & quality standardsSupports and participates in continuous improvement implementation activities together with the teamLeads and schedules maintenance actions for the weekEnsures the performance of daily activities in the specific application and follows the procedures in force regarding team managementIs responsible for the continuous improvement of the capability of subordinates and communicates with their direct manager to determine their needs for professional training by assessing their competenciesSpends more than 70% of worktime in the production unitWho Are We Looking For – RequirementsEducation: University DegreeWork Experience: Min. 2 years in activities related with production coordination / managementLanguage: Romanian, English (good writing & speaking skills)Other Skills And KnowledgeGood knowledge of manufacturing process performance, production planning, machine operationKnowledge and understanding of specific EHS, Quality Management, Finance, Logistics processesComputer skills (MS Office); SAP knowledge is considered an advantageVery good planning & organizing skillsProject management abilitiesTeam management skillsAll applications will be reviewed.
