About the Role

We are seeking a skilled
Cybersecurity Operations & Maintenance Specialist
to support the delivery, operation, and continuous improvement of IT Cybersecurity Services. The successful candidate will not only manage and maintain existing services but also provide expert advice to users and stakeholders on cybersecurity best practices.

What you'll be doing:

  • Operate and maintain IT Cybersecurity Services, ensuring stability, security, and compliance.
  • Advise internal users and stakeholders on cybersecurity best practices, security configurations, and secure architectures.
  • Support the team with Information Security Reviews, responding to business queries on configurations and designs.
  • Contribute to the cybersecurity change management process (NSCC).
  • Drive activities related to the obsolete operating system program.
  • Participate in additional cybersecurity initiatives and projects as assigned.
  • Provide weekly status updates, covering completed tasks, upcoming plans, and identified risks.
  • Ensure clear, timely, and professional communication with colleagues, project leads, and managers.
  • Use client-approved tools and methodologies for documentation, including design details and project records.
  • Collaborate with engineers, project owners, and end-users to deliver cybersecurity solutions, perform security checks, support compliance requirements, and fulfill service requests.

What you need to be successful:

  • Proven experience in IT security operations, maintenance, or related roles.
  • Solid understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, architectures, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience with change management processes and information security reviews.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills – crisp, structured, and timely.
