What Should You Expect?

Responsibilities:

  • Processing Work Orders, Change Orders, Master Service Agreements, Transfers and De-bookings following the Revenue Operations policies.

  • Provide clear reasoning on the approval/rejection during the review of new Work Orders, Change Orders, and Master Service Agreements and Transfer documentation process.

  • Review SalesForce opportunities and approve the Closed Won opportunities.

  • Enter order terms and product details in the ERP/CRM Environments.

  • Work with sales operations, field sales representatives, and the service delivery organization to build relationships and expedite resolution to order and client related issues.

  • Assist with document updates and agreements archival.

  • Provide back-up in periods of high volume and/or insufficient resources.

  • Review, update and correct the Item/Product List.

  • Provide De-booking calculations to the Sales team and manage the calculation archival.

  • Update and correct Revenue Operations training materials.

  • Maintain accurate master data of order terms and customer records in NetSuite

  • Contribute to the development of revenue assurance reporting metrics.

  • Support the Revenue Operations team in data analysis and trend identification.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (in finance or accounting preferred)
  • 2-4 Years professional experience in a similar role ( deal desk, contracts analyst)

  • Time management and organizational skills

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)

  • Proficient in English, excellent oral and written communication skills

  • SalesForce and NetSuite experience a plus
