What youandrsquo;ll be doing:- Own the candidate journey andndash; from sourcing to engagement;
- Create scroll-stopping content for LinkedIn, Insta, TikTok andamp; newsletters;
- Run campaigns on + social ads (FB, Insta, LinkedIn, Google);
- Track performance andamp; tweak strategies like a pro;
- Be hands-on in big events.
- 1andndash;2 years in recruitment, employer branding or digital marketing;
- Strong copywriting andamp; communication skills (you can turn boring into wow);
- Comfortable with social media, ads andamp; data tracking;
- Proactive, organized, and a self-starter vibe;
- Creative mindset + good energy.
- Flexible setup: remote or hybrid (our HQ is in central Bucharest dY-(TM)i,-);
