What youandrsquo;ll be doing:
  • Own the candidate journey andndash; from sourcing to engagement;
  • Create scroll-stopping content for LinkedIn, Insta, TikTok andamp; newsletters;
  • Run campaigns on + social ads (FB, Insta, LinkedIn, Google);
  • Track performance andamp; tweak strategies like a pro;
  • Be hands-on in big events.
What weandrsquo;re looking for:
  • 1andndash;2 years in recruitment, employer branding or digital marketing;
  • Strong copywriting andamp; communication skills (you can turn boring into wow);
  • Comfortable with social media, ads andamp; data tracking;
  • Proactive, organized, and a self-starter vibe;
  • Creative mindset + good energy.
