Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bucharest, Romania, for an International Sales Specialist focused on Eastern Europe and Ukrain. The individual in this position will manage the sales process across international markets, identify and build client relationships, and understand customer needs to provide tailored energy storage solutions. Duties include developing international marketing strategies, negotiating contracts, analyzing market trends, and ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction while contributing to BESS Romania SRL's mission of accelerating energy transition.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in ukrainan or bulgarian is a must
  • Proven expertise in International Sales and knowledge of International Trade practices
  • Strong Communication skills and a customer-focused approach to nurture client relationships
  • Experience in International Business and understanding of cross-border transactions
  • Customer Service skills with a commitment to delivering excellent client support and achieving customer satisfaction
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage
  • Background in renewable energy or energy storage solutions is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, or a related field preferred
