About you:

You are an experienced
Project Manager

who thrives in dynamic IT environments and feels comfortable leading several projects in parallel. You excel at turning complex challenges into clear, actionable plans and maintaining projects' alignment with business goals. You have excellent communication skills, a structured and proactive mindset, and a strong ability to prioritize tasks across several workstreams, coordinate diverse teams, and keep clients engaged and satisfied.

Essential skills:

  • +7 years of experience in project management, preferably in IT/software development
  • Demonstrated ability to manage several projects simultaneously, balancing scope, timelines, and resources
  • Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams and delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
  • Openness and ability to use AI-powered tools (e.g., for planning, reporting, and process automation) to increase efficiency and team productivity

Nice to have:

  • Experience working in an IT company or with distributed teams
  • Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar)
  • Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and technical understanding of IT systems
  • Familiarity with risk management and budget control
