Location: in one of the following locations: Belgrade, Serbia / Bucharest, Romania OR Riga, Latvia

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Customize the visual design and user experience to align with the organization's brand and identity.
  • Curate and deliver a selection of high-demand offerings tailored to target audience preferences.
  • Adapt content and services to suit regional or demographic preferences, increasing relevance and engagement.
  • Oversee full project lifecycles, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and according to defined quality standards.
  • Work across departments to align goals, set timelines, and define responsibilities clearly.
  • Supervise the setup and execution of systems or infrastructure projects to ensure smooth and efficient integration.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all stakeholders, managing communication, progress tracking, and issue resolution.
  • Track project progress, identify potential risks, and implement strategies to mitigate them effectively.
  • Ensure activities comply with internal policies, and promote continuous improvement through feedback and shared learning.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Native or fluent in English (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
  • Approximately 10 years of experience in project management, including 2–3 years in a senior or leadership capacity.
  • Background in managing large-scale, complex projects across diverse industries (sector-specific experience not mandatory).
    Comfortable balancing responsibilities across people management ( 30%), direct project and delivery oversight ( 50%), and process optimization or continuous improvement (- 10–15%).
  • Confident in managing both teams and project deliverables simultaneously.
  • Hands-on experience working across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) or product development process alongside operational execution.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
