About the Role
:

This is a senior leadership role for a highly experienced Project Manager who will have ultimate on-site responsibility for the successful completion of the project. You will be the principal representative on the ground, accountable for managing all resources and contractors to deliver the project on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety, quality, and environmental compliance.

Key Responsibilities
:

  • Lead on-site construction and commissioning on a renewable energy project.
  • Manage budget, schedule, quality, and risk through robust project controls.
  • Oversee contractors and contractual obligations.
  • Ensure top-tier safety and quality standards across all activities.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, authorities, and technical advisors.
  • Produce progress reports and audits to track milestones and performance
  • Manage all site contractors, including EPC and other key service providers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all third parties.
  • Oversee progress reports, inventory lists, and quality audits to track milestones and ensure accountability.

Ideal Candidate
:

  • Electrical Engineering degree; 8+ years in renewable energy.
  • Experience managing major contracts (e.g, grid, balance of plant).
  • Proven leadership on utility-scale renewable projects.
  • Strong technical knowledge of wind systems and European grid networks.
  • Fluent in English/Romanian.
  • Decisive, autonomous leader with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Skilled in AutoCAD, Primavera
