We deliver centralized operations to our Molson Coors Business Units across the Globe in Finance, Master Data, Commercial, HR and IT Business Services. Our impressive brands portfolio across the world includes Miller Genuine Draft, Madri, Staropramen and Bergenbier.

The Team Leader is responsible to deliver high quality services in Comercial Operations processes to Molson Coors entities in scope but also across Global Business Services, by building strong partnerships with the Business Process Experts structure in the Business Units, as well as with all the stakeholders involved.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensures staffing plan and appropriate allocation for activity coverage; Ensures all systems operate smoothly and align with our quality standards
  • Build processes that meet our business objectives and ensure compliance; Leading and driving actions for improvements in the commercial operations support processes
  • Establish and monitor operational KPIs ; Monitor daily operations and address potential issues when they arise; Resolve department day to day issues with clients, colleagues and 3rd parties; Weekly updates on team activity to Commercial Operations Manager
  • Coordinates operations and monitors the team performance based on agreed KPIs
  • Adheres to MCBC HR practices in terms of people retention, performance assessment, motivation and talent development
  • Performs Individual Performance reviews with the team members
  • Develops action plans, coaching and mentoring team members, developing talent, organizing career path meetings with team members

Required
SKILLS & RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE:

  • English language: Advanced
  • Ability to coordinate a team
  • Experience in commercial/sales operations or similar field
  • Excel and data analysis skills
  • Stakeholder Management

Preferred

  • Project Management & change management skills
  • Growth Mindset and Managing conflicts
