Senior Project Manager

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a project from start to finish. This candidate will be able to create a plan of action which will consider a fixed timeline and evaluate risks. This individual should also have experience managing people and be an effective communicator.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain detailed project tracking tools (plans, timelines, dashboards).
  • Follow up with developers, QA, and stakeholders on assigned tasks and milestones.
  • Help manage dependencies, identify delays, and propose corrective actions.
  • Track and document ongoing support requests, ensuring timely resolution and communication with end users.
  • Liaise with developers, QA, and DevOps engineers to track technical progress and blockers.
  • Translate stakeholder needs into actionable technical tasks in collaboration with the technical leads.
  • Monitor delivery of minor features, enhancements, and bug fixes.
  • Facilitate coordination between business and technical priorities to maintain delivery momentum.

Qualifications

  • At least 7 years of experience in
    project management or coordination
    for IT or software development projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to
    manage multiple workstreams and priorities
    simultaneously.
  • Strong experience working with
    Agile methodologies
    and tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or GitHub Projects.
  • Excellent
    communication and interpersonal skills
    , with the ability to coordinate across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to
    work independently and collaboratively
    , managing tasks with minimal supervision while ensuring alignment with the main PM.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal).

Nice-to-Have Requirements

  • Familiarity with
    software development concepts
    , including CI/CD, release management, or cloud-based platforms.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional remote teams.
  • Background in
    digital transformation or data-driven programme management
    .
