For one of our clients, a top international Consumer Goods company, we're looking for a strategic and results-driven
Business Unit Manager
to lead commercial execution across a key region in Romania. This role is ideal for a leader who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about driving growth through data-driven decisions, team leadership, and strong market execution. High mobility is necessary - short and mid term, national and international.
What You'll Do:
- Lead commercial strategy execution across a defined territory
- Manage distributor and retail partnerships to maximize reach and performance
- Oversee trade marketing, sales planning, and consumer engagement activities
- Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities
- Develop and coach a high-performing commercial team in the territory
- Ensure efficient budget and resource management
What We're Looking For:
- 5-10 years experience in FMCG or a similar fast-paced industry, with at least one year in distribution
- Proven experience in territorial/regional sales or commercial management
- Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Team management experience
- Analytical mindset with a focus on KPIs and performance metrics
- High mobility (national and international)
- University degree, Master degree / MBA is a plus
- Office operating skills
- Fluent English
- Valid driver's license
