Acest rol implică
comunicarea directa cu clienții
pentru a-i sprijini în utilizarea optimă a platformei noastre și a le oferi ajutorul necesar în îndeplinirea obiectivelor.

Ce responsabilitati va avea viitorul nostru coleg;

  • Gestionarea Comunicării cu Clienții:
    Răspunde la solicitările clienților prin diferite canale de comunicare (chat, e-mail, telefon).
  • Suport tehnic și rezolvarea problemelor
    : Asiguri suport clienților pentru a rezolva problemele tehnice pe care le întâmpină în utilizarea platformei noastre.
  • Deschide și gestionează tichete către echipa de IT pentru rezolvarea problemelor tehnice întâmpinate de clienți.
  • Monitorizează statusul solicitărilor și comunică actualizări mai departe către clienți.
  • Onboarding:
    Ghidează clienții în procesul de configurare și utilizare a soluțiilor, asigurându-se că setările sunt corecte si că sunt pregătiți să înceapă campaniile de email marketing.
  • Feedback și îmbunătățiri ale produsului:
    Colaborezi cu echipele de dezvoltare și produs pentru a transmite feedback-ul clienților, contribuind la îmbunătățirea constantă a platformei.
  • Crearea de resurse și documentație
    : Contribuie la dezvoltarea documentației interne și extern, cum ar fi ghiduri și FAQ-uri pentru clienți.

Ce cautam la viitorul nostru coleg;

  • Engleza este la un nivel Avansat;
  • Experiență anterioară într-un
    rol similar
    de Customer Success, Account Management sau Support, preferabil într-un
    domeniu de SaaS
    (Software as a Service).
  • Cunostinite in
    domeniul Ecommerce
    si promovarea online
  • Cunoștințe de email marketing și experiență practică cu
    tool-uri de email marketing
    (ex: Mailchimp, Klaviyo).
  • Abilități excelente de comunicare și o atitudine pozitivă, orientată către soluții.
  • Capacitatea de a lucra independent și de a-ti organiza eficient task-urile
  • Experiența cu CRM și alte instrumente de suport pentru clienți;
