In this role as a Project Manager you will use your business analysis skills to deliver some of our most important HR transformation projects – from Workday-related initiatives and payroll to talent programmes and people services. This role is your opportunity to shape how our people processes work, delivering projects end-to-end while bringing structure and clarity to a fast-moving environment. You'll partner with senior HR leaders, IT, Finance, and external vendors, ensuring projects are delivered with discipline, on time, and with impact. You'll partner with senior HR leaders, IT, Finance, and external vendors, holding teams accountable while keeping stakeholders informed with clear communication and reporting.

Key Responsibilities.
  • Lead the delivery of HR projects, including Workday-related initiatives, payroll, talent transformation, talent acquisition, and people services.
  • Manage the full project lifecycle, from initiation and planning through to implementation and handover into service.
  • Perform business analysis: gather and document requirements, support stakeholders in shaping business cases, and translate needs into deliverables.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HR leadership, IT, Finance, and external partners.
  • Drive governance and structure across projects, ensuring clear plans, roles, and accountabilities are in place.
  • Monitor progress, manage risks/issues, and ensure timely and effective resolution.
  • Produce clear, consistent reporting and communication for stakeholders at all levels.
  • Hold stakeholders accountable for delivery commitments while maintaining strong collaboration and trust.
  • Coordinate with external vendors to ensure consistent project management standards and quality outcomes.

  • Proven track record as a Project Manager, delivering multiple end-to-end projects successfully.
  • Experience in HR transformation, HR systems, or broader business transformation.
  • Strong business analysis skills: requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Familiarity with both Waterfall and hybrid project methodologies, with flexibility to adapt approaches.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, able to work across business functions and levels.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and delivery-focused in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to produce clear reporting and articulate progress.
