We're looking for a skilled
Backend Developer
who is passionate about
building reliable, scalable, production-ready systems

Technical Requirements

  • – hands-on production experience
  • Apollo Server & GraphQL
    – strong understanding of schema design, query optimization, error handling
  • MongoDB (Atlas)
    – solid knowledge of schema design, indexing, full-text search, performance tuning
  • Experience in maintaining and scaling
    live production systems
  • Familiarity with
    API design, data modeling, security
    best practices, and
    modern architecture patterns
  • Confidence with
    monitoring, logging, performance profiling, and caching
    strategies
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and actively contribute to backend decisions

Nice to Have

  • NestJS knowledge
  • Familiarity with AWS services
  • CI/CD experience (GitHub Actions)
