The Front-end Developer is responsible for leading the design and development of user-facing applications that support Echo Base's global P2P marketplace. This role requires deep expertise in frontend technologies, experience managing small but high-performing teams, and a hands-on approach to development. You'll work closely with product managers, backend developers, mobile teams, and blockchain engineers to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure web solutions.

What will you do:
  • Develop for the web using React, TypeScript and
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features aligned with the product roadmap
  • Implement best practices for frontend development, including code reviews, testing, and performance optimization
  • Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment
  • Ensure seamless integration with backend APIs and other services, maintaining high standards for user experience
  • Manage technical debt while prioritizing scalable architecture and maintainable code
  • Build and maintain reusable components, libraries, and patterns to accelerate development across teams
  • Debug and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring the stability and performance of Echo Base's platform
  • Collaborate with QA and DevOps teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines and improve testing coverage
  • Work with UX/UI designers to deliver pixel-perfect interfaces that meet design requirements

Requirements

What we are looking for:

5+ years of frontend development experience
  • Proven experience with React, Typescript and
  • Proven experience using React Server Components and async rendering features such as Suspense
  • Proven experience building responsive, mobile-first web interfaces.
Experience with integration and development of RESTful APIs Expertise in optimizing frontend performance and debugging complex web applications Familiarity with modern testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress)
  • A solid understanding of testing strategies for frontend code
  • Recommended Skills:Knowledge of or similar libraries for blockchain integration
  • Familiarity with analytics and user behavior tracking tools
  • Experience working in fintech or cryptocurrency platforms
  • Experience with Laravel/PHP
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and GitLab CI
