We are seeking a Python Developer to design and implement data engineering solutions that support compliance and risk-focused initiatives. This role will focus on developing scalable pipelines, validation routines, and reconciliation processes to ensure data integrity and consistency across enterprise systems.What You'll Do
Develop and optimize Python-based ETL pipelines to acquire, transform, and unify large-scale datasets.
Implement data validation, transformation, and reconciliation logic to ensure data quality and consistency.
Collaborate with compliance, audit, and business stakeholders to align data solutions with regulatory requirements.
Document code, workflows, and data lineage to meet governance and audit standards.
Proactively identify data quality issues and troubleshoot complex pipeline or reporting problems.
Contribute to automation and performance improvements within the data engineering ecosystem.What You'll Bring
Advanced Python programming experience with a focus on data engineering.
Strong knowledge of ETL, data modeling, and transformation techniques.
Familiarity with libraries and frameworks such as Pandas, PySpark, SQLAlchemy, or similar.
Solid SQL skills and experience working with relational databases.
Exposure to regulated data environments (financial services or compliance) is a strong plus.
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
