Requirements And Responsibilities
We are seeking a Python Developer to design and implement data engineering solutions that support compliance and risk-focused initiatives. This role will focus on developing scalable pipelines, validation routines, and reconciliation processes to ensure data integrity and consistency across enterprise systems.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and optimize Python-based ETL pipelines to acquire, transform, and unify large-scale datasets.
  • Implement data validation, transformation, and reconciliation logic to ensure data quality and consistency.
  • Collaborate with compliance, audit, and business stakeholders to align data solutions with regulatory requirements.
  • Document code, workflows, and data lineage to meet governance and audit standards.
  • Proactively identify data quality issues and troubleshoot complex pipeline or reporting problems.
  • Contribute to automation and performance improvements within the data engineering ecosystem.

What You'll Bring

  • Advanced Python programming experience with a focus on data engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of ETL, data modeling, and transformation techniques.
  • Familiarity with libraries and frameworks such as Pandas, PySpark, SQLAlchemy, or similar.
  • Solid SQL skills and experience working with relational databases.
  • Exposure to regulated data environments (financial services or compliance) is a strong plus.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to data quality and integrity.
