In this role, you will be responsible for building business relationships, converting leads into meetings, and navigating the tech space with confidence

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and independently generate Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to qualify leads based on predefined criteria, ensuring that scheduled meetings align with our target audience and business objectives.
  • Book high-quality meetings through personalised outreach, follow-ups, and industry engagement.
  • Partner with Business Development Managers on priorities and assist with proposals, pricing, and monthly sales reporting.
  • Maintain up-to-date, accurate CRM records to inform strategic decisions.
  • Analyse your own performance, refine your strategy, and boost conversion metrics.

Required Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in a BDR or lead generation role, ideally in IT software, cloud services, or managed services.
  • Strong written and verbal communication,
  • Strategic thinking and a talent for building relationships.
  • Experience with the Microsoft tech stack and a solid grasp of business software or IT infrastructure markets.
  • Confidence using CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Self-starter mentality and adaptability.
