Sales Hunter / Sales Development Representative
who thrives in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
Objective
Drive new business opportunities by prospecting, qualifying, and handing over high-quality leads to Sales Account Managers, consistently exceeding KPIs and performance targets.
Responsibilities
- Prospect smartly:
Research, identify, and target potential clients in key industries. - Engage with decision makers:
Build connections through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and events. - Qualify opportunities:
Leverage conversations, data, and business insights to evaluate prospects. - Pass the baton:
Transfer well-qualified leads to Sales Account Managers for closing. - Maintain pipeline discipline:
Track leads in the CRM, update dashboards, and follow strict workflows. - Exceed goals:
Consistently surpass activity metrics, qualification targets, and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Experience:
3–5+ years of proven B2B sales success, ideally in HR-tech, recruitment, media & advertising, telecom, IT solutions, fintech, or insurance. - Tech fluency:
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Creatio), mobile sales apps, and digital workflows. - Analytics skills:
Experience with dashboards and BI tools (Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau). - Data intelligence expertise:
Familiarity with crawling and sourcing platforms (Palantir, Snowflake, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, Outreach). - Mindset:
Highly organized, disciplined, resilient, and results-driven, with the confidence to thrive under pressure and rigorous KPIs. - Language:
Strong English skills (B2 or above).
