We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team a Accountant. Reporting to the Manager – Accounting Department, this full-time and permanent position is based in Romania and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our Accounting department and its' growth.

Key responsibilities:

  • Will do the bookkeeping for clients in portfolio and will identify accounting and tax risks.
  • Will perform month-end closing procedures, will fill in statutory registers and will reconcile the trial balance.
  • Will prepare tax returns, statistical reports and financial statements.
  • Will do the corporate income tax calculation.
  • Will manage correspondence and communication with clients in portfolio.
  • Will provide support during audits.
  • Will manage communication with tax authorities.
  • Will provide clients with timely and accurate information.
  • Will manage tax payer information.
  • Will manage payments and off-sets.
  • Will manage communication with banks on filing financial instruments, filing and collecting specific documents.
  • Will prepare payment orders and FX orders
  • Will perform any activities allocated by the head of department

Other requirements:

  • Will follow the internal rules and procedures.
  • Will work closely with the other departments to ensure good service levels for the clients.
