Follow established procedures and guidelines to perform a variety of simple accounting activities to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, laws, and reporting requirements.
Accounting:
- Downloading suppliers invoices from E-invoice system (SPV) and checks their booking
- Recording various GL Accounting Notes.
- Verifies Purchases & Sales Journals, cross-checking Journals with invoices in hardcopy
- Book-keeping of intra-community invoices for trading products and services
- Petty cash Register
- Prepares balance confirmations at the year end and whenever necessary for the Company's partners.
- Keeps records of checks and promissory notes
- Participates at the physical stock-taking at least once a year
- Participates in the audit work at the year end and interim or ad-hoc tax audits
- Prepares ad-hoc reports requested by the Economic Director and other persons in the company's management;
Education:
University (Bachelor's Degree) or equivalent in Business, Finance, or Accounting.
Experience
- 1 to 4 years of accounting experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge and skills (general, technical and soft skills)
- Familiarity with financial systems, especially SAP.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Good IT skills with computer spreadsheets, software and automated accounting systems (SAP)
- Advanced with Microsoft Office.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Good command of both oral and written local language and English are required.
- Good command of both oral and written additional language is beneficial.
