  • Administrarea retelelor: Monitorizarea si gestionarea retelelor locale si wide-area, asigurandu-se functionarea optima a acestora.

  • Depanare hardware si software: Identificarea si solutionarea problemelor tehnice la nivel hardware si software pentru utilizatori si echipamente.
  • Automatizarea proceselor:
  • Dezvoltarea de scripturi pentru automatizarea sarcinilor repetitive folosind PowerShell sau Bash.
  • Gestionarea protocoalelor de retea: Implementarea si configurarea protocoalelor de retea, inclusiv IP, TCP/IP, VLANs, STP, VTP, SNMP, DHCP, DNS, FTP, si BGP.
  • Administrarea infrastructurii VoIP: Intretinerea sistemelor de telefonie IP/VoIP, asigurand o comunicare eficienta.
  • Gestionarea solutiilor de stocare:
  • Intretinerea solutiilor de stocare si backup, inclusiv Veeam.
