Responsabilități:

  • Coordonează activitatea echipei de marketing, asigurând dezvoltarea și motivarea membrilor acesteia;
  • Elaborează și implementează strategia de marketing locală, în acord cu direcțiile de brand și obiectivele companiei;
  • Planifică, organizează și monitorizează campanii și evenimente de marketing, inclusiv bugetele și relația cu furnizorii;
  • Analizează performanța campaniilor și monitorizează piața, propunând soluții inovatoare pentru atragerea clienților;
  • Gestionează relația cu partenerii, sponsorii și furnizorii, negociind contracte și colaborări avantajoase.
  • Reprezintă compania la nivel local și contribuie activ la ședințele de management și inițiativele strategice
    .

Cerințe:

  • Studii superioare finalizate - Marketing;
  • Experiență pe un post similar;
  • Abilități dovedite în crearea și implementarea strategiilor de marketing;
  • Abilități de leadership și experiență în gestionarea unei echipe;
  • Capacitate de analiză și interpretare a datelor pentru optimizarea campaniilor;
  • Abilități de raportare și monitorizare a costurilor și bugetelor;
  • Cunoștințe operare MS Office;
  • Limba engleză - nivel avansat.
