Scopul rolului

Software Developer-ul contribuie la proiectarea, dezvoltarea și implementarea soluțiilor software care sprijină obiectivele de business ale organizației. Rolul implică colaborare strânsă cu analiști, testeri, arhitecți și manageri de proiect pentru a livra aplicații scalabile, performante și sigure, indiferent de tehnologia utilizată.

Responsabilități principale

  • Analiza cerințelor funcționale și tehnice împreună cu echipa de proiect;
  • Dezvoltarea și mentenanța aplicațiilor software, respectând bunele practici de codare;
  • Participarea la design-ul arhitecturii aplicațiilor și la deciziile tehnice cheie;
  • Scrierea de cod curat, documentat și testabil;
  • Implementarea și integrarea componentelor front-end și/sau back-end;
  • Colaborarea cu echipele de QA pentru testare și validare;
  • Investigarea și rezolvarea problemelor raportate în aplicații;
  • Participarea la code reviews, sesiuni de planificare și retrospectivă Agile;
  • Menținerea unei documentații tehnice actualizate.

Cerințe generale

  • Studii superioare în domeniul IT, automatică, matematică, informatică sau similar;
  • Experiență în dezvoltarea de aplicații software (minim 1–2 ani pentru mid-level);
  • Cunoștințe solide de programare orientată pe obiecte (OOP);
  • Experiență cu cel puțin un limbaj de programare modern (Java, C#, JavaScript, Python, PHP, Go etc.);
  • Experiență în lucrul cu baze de date relaționale și/sau NoSQL (ex: SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB);
  • Înțelegerea principiilor SDLC și a metodologiilor Agile (Scrum/Kanban);
  • Experiență cu sisteme de versionare (Git, SVN);
  • Abilități de comunicare și colaborare în echipă;
  • Nivel mediu-avansat de limba engleză (citit, scris, vorbit).

Cunoștințe și tehnologii relevante

  • Frontend: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, ;
  • Backend: Java, .NET, , Python, PHP, Go, Spring Boot, Express, Django, Laravel;
  • Baze de date: SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL, MongoDB;
  • DevOps & CI/CD: Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps;
  • Testing: JUnit, Jest, Cypress, Postman, Selenium;
  • Cloud: AWS, Azure, GCP (avantaj).
