Senior Travel Consultant – B2B
, passionate about the industry and ready to deliver superior services to our partner agencies.

THX by Eturia is a tour operator agency, part of the Eturia Group, dedicated exclusively to the B2B market.

Hard skills we're looking for:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in tourism, preferably in roles involving B2B interaction or sales
  • Strong knowledge of the travel industry, destinations, and tourism products (preferably exotic destinations)
  • Extensive experience with reservation systems specific to the industry, as well as solid skills in MS Office and CRM
  • Proven ability to manage complex and customized requests from clients/partners
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills adapted to the B2B client profile
  • Fluency in Romanian and English, both spoken and written

As a Senior Travel Consultant – B2B, you will:

  • Promote and sell THX by Eturia products and services exclusively in the B2B environment
  • Manage the entire operational process end-to-end: from quotations, price calculations, reservations, documentation, communication, and follow-up until the client returns from vacation
  • Provide specialized travel consultancy and create customized programs based on partner agencies' needs
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with partner agencies, contributing to portfolio growth and loyalty
  • Actively contribute to the development and optimization of the company's travel package portfolio
  • Ensure accuracy in all transmitted information: offers, rates, documents, and communications
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and support conversion rate growth
  • Analyze market requests and trends to identify new development opportunities
