Candidatul Ideal:
Căutăm o persoană cu experiență anterioară în call center, cu un focus pe suport pentru aplicații software. Este important să ai abilități excelente de comunicare și să îți dorești să oferi servicii clienților la cele mai înalte standarde.

Obiectivele postului:
Scopul principal al postului este de a oferi servicii clienților atât telefonic, cât și online, la un nivel înalt de performanță, asigurând o soluționare rapidă și eficientă a problemelor și taskurilor.Vei fi responsabil(ă) de gestionarea interacțiunilor cu clienții și de furnizarea de suport pentru aplicațiile WindSoft.

Sarcini principale:

  • Preluarea apelurilor telefonice și gestionarea corespondenței prin email cu clienții companiei.
  • Oferirea de informații corecte, clare și într-o manieră profesională.
  • Identificarea și diagnosticarea problemelor semnalate de clienți, punând întrebări clare și specifice pentru a înțelege cauza acestora.
  • Actualizarea și completarea bazei de date a departamentului cu informațiile legate de problemele semnalate și soluțiile aplicate.
  • Acordarea de suport pentru rezolvarea problemelor clienților, asigurându-te că sunt oferite soluții eficiente.
  • Învățarea și asimilarea cunoștințelor necesare despre aplicațiile WindSoft, pentru a putea oferi asistență adecvată.
  • Oferirea de instruire clienților privind utilizarea aplicațiilor WindSoft.

Aptitudini necesare:

  • Abilitatea de a comunica într-un mod pozitiv și profesional, atât verbal, cât și în scris.
  • Atitudine proactivă și disponibilitatea de a învăța continuu.
  • Abilități excelente de ascultare activă și răspuns adecvat în fața diverselor cerințe ale clienților.

Competențe necesare:

  • Cunoștințe bune de utilizare a PC-ului si a aplicatiilor desktop,
  • Abilități tehnologice specifice necesare departamentului pentru gestionarea și soluționarea cerințelor clienților.
