In this role, you'll play a key part in attracting and welcoming top talent, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for every candidate and stakeholder.

From crafting compelling job postings and screening promising applicants to orchestrating smooth interview schedules and supporting a great onboarding journey, you'll be a trusted partner to hiring managers, HR colleagues, and recruitment teams.

With these activities you will have a great impact on our business:

• Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to understand role requirements and talent needs.
• Source and screen candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases, focusing on diversity and role fit.
• Create and post job advertisements across relevant platforms to attract quality applicants.
• Manage candidate pipelines in the applicant tracking system, ensuring accurate data and timely updates.
• Coordinate and support interview processes, including scheduling, sharing prep materials, and collecting feedback.
• Engage candidates through outreach campaigns using tools like GROW, promoting Vodafone's brand and opportunities.

With these skills you are a great candidate:

• Strong communication skills in English and Italian, with a customer-focused approach.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and experience using ATS or candidate databases.
• Proficient in MS Office and comfortable learning new recruitment tools and platforms.
• Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Collaborative and adaptable, thriving in hybrid or remote team settings.
• Graduate in Business, HR, or related field, with a genuine interest in talent acquisition and employer branding.
