Role Summary
As a
Talent Acquisition Advisor
, you'll lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience using effective sourcing and assessment strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to offer
  • Partner with hiring managers to align on talent needs
  • Create and execute proactive sourcing strategies
  • Act as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the process
  • Collaborate with TA Coordinators for smooth process execution
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives in recruitment operations
  • Provide local market and channel expertise to enhance hiring efficiency
  • Ensure alignment with Mondelēz TA policies and processes

Key Qualifications

  • Experience in sourcing, assessing, and closing candidates
  • Knowledge of recruitment channels, industry trends, and local markets
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication (French required)
  • Customer service orientation and results-driven mindset
  • Project and vendor management skills a plus
