About the role
:
We are looking for a dedicated IT Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process – from sourcing and engaging with candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating with team managers, all the way to making offers and ensuring a smooth candidate experience. Your work will have a direct impact on shaping our teams and helping us bring the right talent on board.

Responsibilities
:
- Partner with team managers to understand hiring needs and technical requirements
- Create and implement sourcing strategies to find the best IT professionals, both active and passive candidates
- Conduct online interviews and ensure a smooth, professional, and friendly candidate experience
- Provide feedback and insights to team managers and keep stakeholders aligned throughout the process
- Coordinate technical and client interviews
- Write clear and attractive job descriptions and share them on relevant channels
- Keep candidates informed at every step and ensure they feel valued, regardless of the outcome
- Prepare job offers and support the pre-boarding process with required documents
What are we looking for
:
- 3+ years of proven experience in IT recruitment and end-to-end hiring processes
- Strong sourcing skills, including the ability to use social media, professional networks, and advanced search techniques (Boolean, X-Ray etc.)
- Experience with different interview formats and the ability to assess both technical and soft skills
- A good understanding of IT roles and the ability to explain technical requirements in a simple way
- Excellent communication skills – you can engage candidates and represent with professionalism and warmth
- Strong organizational and time management abilities to juggle multiple roles and priorities
- A proactive mindset, with the ability to make decisions quickly and adapt to changing needs
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written
