Care vor fi responsabilitatile tale?

  • Asiguri disponibilitatea constantă a produselor la raft, printr-o aprovizionare eficientă din stocul magazinului – pentru ca experiența clientului să fie completă, fără lipsuri.
  • Gestionezi stocurile cu responsabilitate, menținând un echilibru optim între cerere și ofertă și contribuind activ la evitarea situațiilor de tip "fără stoc" sau "suprastoc".
  • Te ocupi de prezentarea produselor, astfel încât fiecare raft să reflecte standardele vizuale ale brandului. Dacă apar dificultăți, comunici prompt cu șeful de raion sau coordonatorul direct.
  • Verifici termenele de valabilitate și te asiguri că produsele sunt expuse corect, respectând regula FIFO
  • Verifici zilnic corectitudinea etichetelor de preț, pentru ca fiecare produs să aibă informații corecte și clare pentru client.
  • Urmărești dinamica pieței – dacă observi schimbări în sortimentul sau prețurile produselor similare de la concurență, le comunici mai departe
  • Colaborezi activ cu echipa de management, pentru a menține un flux constant de marfă și a răspunde rapid nevoilor din teren.
