Description
We are hiring a Reporting Intern to join our dynamic Finance Reporting and Analysis team at Steelcase Cluj, to help us provide data-driven insights across our global business operations

This is a fixed-term internship contract for 12 months, with a part-time schedule of 6 hours per day.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Banking, Statistics, Mathematics and/or IT (or studies in progress). No accounting training or experience is required but financial basics are a plus.
• Fluent in English (minimum B2)
• Some experience with data-related work.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Adaptable and proactive in a dynamic environment

Desired Skills And Experience

• Familiarity with data & automation tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Python, Power automate, etc.)
• Problem-solving skills and ability to manage recurrent tasks with focus
• Experience with communication platforms (Outlook, Teams, etc.)

What You Will Be Doing:

• Download, consolidate and manipulate financial data to support XLs reporting
• Update and supervise data integration in Tableau data-sources and dashboards across multiple business departments using data like sales, order intake, cost, etc.
• Manage reports access and distribution to end-users, through email and web-based subscriptions.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data through verifications & reconciliations
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting processes through automation or standardization initiatives
• Contribute to non-complex data and analytics requests in collaboration with the broader reporting team.
