YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintaining liaison with Fragmented Trade Sales Force stakeholders throughout the month, performing monthly promo planning, tactical adjustments, budget monitoring, promo absorption and promo efficiency checking
  • Defining relevant trade mechanics for the achievement of monthly/ quarterly objectives based on discussions with Sales and analyses done by the Promo Manager
  • Direct and on-going communication with Trade Promo Management FT team with regards to monthly planning and any tactical adjustment needed in the system (closing promotions, setting up contingencies, tactical adjustments)
  • Conducting day to day promotions operational management - absorption levels, course corrections during the month, budget shifts between route to markets;
  • Agree on Cash & Carry monthly promotional plan together with Cash & Carry KAM, aiming at securing channel balance, whilst maximizing volume opportunities
  • Proposing, in agreement and collaboration with Sales and Promo Manager, mechanics for volume recovery scenarios / contingency planning

ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?

  • Bachelor's Degree ideally in Business / Economics
  • Min 3 years overall experience, ideally in Commercial / Trade Marketing / Business Analysis departments
  • Planning, organizing & good time management skills
  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret and analyze numerical data
  • Proactive mindset and solutions-oriented
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • External and Internal Customer Focus
  • Advanced English (both written and spoken)
  • Solid level of Microsoft Excel
