Atribuții:

  • Lucrează îndeaproape cu departamentele Depozit, Comercial și Marketing pentru gestionarea activităților de aprovizionare și livrări de la furnizori;
  • Gestionează situațiile identificate de Depozit privind discrepanțele la livrare de la furnizori;
  • Emite comenzile de aprovizionare în baza raportului CPA analizat de Specialist Achiziții;
  • Transmite comenzile de aprovizionare către furnizori, urmărește confirmarea datelor de livrare și actualizează BC în concordanță;
  • Asigură transmiterea informațiilor necesare privind datele de livrare confirmate de furnizori, către departamentele solicitante; 
  • Editează rapoarte și analize pentru suport activitate Specialist Achiziții;
  • Creează furnizori noi în sistemul ERP, răspunde de actualizarea condițiilor comerciale și a listelor de prețuri conform ultimelor negocieri încheiate de Specialist Achiziții;
  • Asigură suport operațional echipelor comerciale pentru asigurarea la timp a materialelor necesare.

Cerințe:

  • Minim 1 an experiență în Achiziții/ aprovizionare;
  • Abilități dezvoltate de negociere;
  • Capacitate de organizare și de gestionare a timpului;
  • Orientat pe rezultate;
  • Capacitate de comunicare excelentă în scris și verbal;
  • Engleză nivel mediu;
  • Cunoștințe în domeniul legislației comerciale internaționale și economice naționale;
  • Cunoștințe avansate pachet Microsoft Office (Excel, Word);

Reprezintă avantaj: Experiență într-un sistem ERP, preferabil Business Central.
