We deliver centralized operations to our Molson Coors Business Units across the Globe in Finance, Master Data, Commercial, HR and IT Business Services. Our impressive brands portfolio across the world includes Miller Genuine Draft, Madri, Staropramen and Bergenbier.

The Procurement Analyst is responsible with Purchase Order management and maintaining up to date Standard Operating Procedures in the Procure to Pay department of Molson Coors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and manage purchase requisitons/orders in SAP R/3 or SRM
  • Follow-up with key stakeholders the Creation/Change form approval and pursue resolution and reconciliations with Accounts Payable department
  • Provide accurate & timely data analysis and support for all relevant stakeholders
  • Support and maintain policies, procedures, processes and ensure accuracy

Required
SKILLS & RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE

  • English level: B2
  • Good MS Office knowledge
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Financial Acumen

Nice to have

  • Experience with SAP
  • Procurement Knowledge (PO Management)
  • Prior experience in Shared Services Centers/ BPO
