  • Student sau absolvent (nivel Bachelor) in Informatica, Tehnologia Informatiei sau domenii conexe.
  • Cunostinte de baza in Java, JavaScript si .NET.
  • Abilitati solide de analiza, gandire critica si rezolvare de probleme.
  • Nivel bun de engleza (scris si vorbit).
  • Dorinta de a invata si a te dezvolta in domeniul IT Service Management si integrare de sisteme.
  • Familiaritate cu instrumente precum ServiceNow, CA Service Management sau BMC Remedy (avantaj).
  • Cunostinte de baza despre conceptele ITIL, COBIT sau ISO avantaj).
