About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic professional who can manage
end-to-end recruitment
while also driving
digital marketing initiatives
to strengthen our employer brand and business presence. The ideal candidate is both a
people strategist and a digital marketer
, capable of attracting top talent and enhancing our digital footprint across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage the
    full-cycle recruitment process
    – job postings, sourcing, interviews, selection, and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify workforce needs and craft
    effective hiring strategies
    .
  • Source candidates through
    LinkedIn, job portals, headhunting, referrals, and networking
    .
  • Build and maintain a
    talent pipeline
    for critical and future roles.
  • Track and report recruitment KPIs (time-to-hire, quality of hire, source effectiveness).

Digital Marketing & Employer Branding

  • Develop and execute
    digital marketing campaigns
    across social media, Google Ads, and email marketing.
  • Manage
    SEO/SEM strategies
    to improve online visibility.
  • Create and publish engaging
    content to promote company culture and career opportunities
    .
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using
    Google Analytics and other tools
    .
  • Collaborate with HR and marketing teams to enhance the
    employer brand
    and attract top talent.
  • Stay updated on
    digital marketing and business development
    to implement best practices.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Human Resources, Marketing, Business, or related field
    .
  • 3+ years of experience
    in recruitment and/or digital marketing.
  • Strong sourcing skills with
    LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards
    .
  • Proficiency in
    Google Analytics, SEO/SEM tools, and social media advertising
    .
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and creative thinking abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a
    hybrid HR + marketing role
    .
