IT Applications Specialist


Location:
Bucharest – Piata Presei area


Hybrid working:
3 days at the office, 2 days working from home

We are looking for an
IT Applications Specialist
to join our team.

What you'll be doing:


• Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues with existing applications.


• Offer support and debugging for users of
ERP Microsoft Dynamics Navision 2017
.


• Ensure the correct functioning of ERP-related applications, manage changes and deliver user trainings.


• Provide helpdesk assistance for licensed software programs.


• Recommend improvements and optimizations to applications in line with business needs.


• Prepare project status reports, highlighting progress, timelines and potential risks.


• Draft proposals for new software development projects.


• Work closely with users to tailor custom applications to business requirements.


• Perform quality assurance testing for new applications to ensure functionality and usability.


• Participate in the implementation of new ERP modules or developments and ensure proper end-user training.

What we're looking for:


• University degree (preferably in Computer Science or Economics).


• Minimum
3 years of experience in IT
and at least
2 years in a medium or large company
.


• Strong knowledge of operating systems and service configuration.


• Experience with ERP, WMS, CRM or similar systems.


• Technical knowledge of database administration (MS SQL, Oracle, etc.).


• Fluent in English.


• High attention to detail and accuracy.


• Adaptability and ability to perform in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.


• Business analysis skills and the ability to translate requirements into technical solutions.


• Basic understanding of economics.
