Data Operator

As a Data Operator, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining product information in our systems. Your attention to detail and focus on excellent operational execution ensures that our data is reliable and complete, supporting smooth operations and helping customers access the correct information when they need it.

In this role, you will:

• Accurately enter, update, and maintain product information to ensure timely and reliable content delivery
• Monitor data for errors and inconsistencies, addressing issues to maintain high data quality
• Assist with resolving master data tasks and challenges related to product and customer information and syndication
• Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy within our systems
• Work closely together with the Data Specialists to solve relevant master data-related requirements

What you'll do

• Maintain and improve the product specifications and assets within the various product information management systems and diverse syndication tools (SRC, GS1, STEP STIBO, Channel Engine etc.)
• Execute the implementation and maintenance of the mapping and syndication-related tasks towards customers in Channel Engine and other syndication tools.
• Manage consumer assets cleanup actions for the online retail customers.
• Support the regional data specialist with various tasks.
• Execute the creation and maintenance of items for GS1
• Use Photoshop/Adobe Bridge scripts to optimize and automate repetitive tasks.
• Manage 1st Level support for data-related topics in our tools (SAP, Shuttle for Customer, STEP Stibo, SQL Server, Consumer Vista etc.)
• Support the global and local introduction process of new products with regards to product content
• Product & customer data management in SAP ERP, STEP Stibo and Shuttle for Customer
• Management of local product activations in SAP
• SAP Vistex price uploads and tracking

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Marketing or a related field with 2+ years working experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office and SAP ERP/Vistex, preferably also STEP Stibo is an advantage
• First experiences with Adobe Bridge and/or Photoshop, data modeling or content management systems are an advantage
• Fluent English, another European language is an advantage
• Preciseness with a curious mind and high motivation
• Able to function in a dynamic international fastmoving environment
