This hybrid role requires working from the office at least once a week, so please take into account that you should be based in or near Cluj-Napoca.

• Advanced Excel: PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, conditional formatting, charts, filters, formula logic
• Data analysis: You can work with large datasets and extract meaningful patterns
• Research: You know how to verify sources, compare data, and dig for answers online

Nice-to-Have Technical Experience (Not mandatory):

• SQL or Oracle: Comfortable querying or extracting data from a database
• Power BI or Tableau: Can build or understand dashboards and data visuals
• Real estate knowledge: Understanding U.S. markets is a plus — we'll teach you the rest

Work Setup

• Hybrid: Work from our Cluj-Napoca office 1+ day per week and on a per need basis.

As a Marketing Analyst at Yardi, you'll:
