Suntem în căutarea unui Production Engineer specializat în prelucrarea lemnului pentru a se alătura echipei noastre. Dacă aveți o pasiune pentru lemn și experiență în domeniul producției, aceasta ar putea fi o oportunitate perfectă pentru dvs.

Responsabilitati cheie:

  • Planificarea si urmarirea productiei zilnice/saptamanale; aliniere cu logistica si aprovizionarea;
  • Optimizarea fluxurilor si reducerea pierderilor prin instrumente Lean (5S, Kaizen, SMED);
  • Monitorizarea indicatorilor (OEE, randament material, scrap, timpi de ciclu) si implementarea de actiuni corective;
  • Coordonarea echipelor din sectie; asigurarea respectarii standardelor de calitate si SSM;
  • Gestionarea intretinerii de baza si colaborarea cu mentenanta pentru reducerea timpilor de oprire;
  • Supravegherea proceselor specifice industriei lemnului (debitare, uscatoare, prelucrare CNC/masini clasice, asamblare, finisare).

Profilul tau

  • Studii tehnice (inginerie industriala/mecanica/lemn) sau experienta relevanta;
  • Experienta anterioara in productie; plus major daca provine din industria lemnului/mobilierului;
  • Intelegere a fluxurilor tehnologice, desen tehnic, norme de calitate; cunostinte Lean/5S;
  • Abilitati de leadership, comunicare si lucru cu indicatori; atentie la detalii si disciplina;
  • Disponibilitate de lucru on-site in Araci.
