Pe cine cautam?

  • Experienta de minimum 2 ani intr-un post similar din domeniul utilajelor agricole, de constructii sau camioane;
  • Studii superioare finalizate, in domeniul tehnic (de preferinta autovehicule rutiere);
  • Competente de intocmire de devize de reparatii si facturare;
  • Abilitati de utilizare a calculatorului;
  • Permis de conducere categ. B ;
  • Persoana proactiva, care sa aiba initiativa;
  • Limba engleza - nivel mediu (scris si conversational);
  • Bune abilitati de negociere, comunicare scrisa si verbala;
  • Dinamism, seriozitate, corectitudine, o buna organizare a activitatilor si a timpului.
  • Constituie un avantaj: cunostinte de mecanica si electrica / cunoasterea programelor de piese auto
Descrierea jobului

Ce responsabilitati o sa ai?

  • Intocmirea comenzilor de reparatii si devizelor de lucrari, pe baza informatiilor primite de la clienti;
  • Identificarea si lansarea comenzilor de piese catre furnizori;
  • Tinerea permanenta a legaturii cu clientul;
  • Procesarea garantiilor, vanzarilor de piese, inchiderea comenzilor;
  • Mentinerea legaturii cu clientii service-ului;
  • Vanzarea prin telefon a serviciilor oferite si a pieselor;
  • Urmarirea devizelor pana in faza finala a facturarii (piese, manopera etc.)
